My Current Look | January

Hi loves, I've got another one of my current look posts for you today, and this is the look I have been rocking through most of January. I've been loving a neutral smoked eye with a slightly bolder lip look, this is easy to do and so wearable, even through rehearsals and then to evenings out, I've been rocking this through any occasion.

Max Factor All That Glitters Gift Set

Hey loves, this is a very old gift box I received but I thought it was still worth showing you guys! So I think the deal was that you spent £15 on Max Factor products and you received this gift box, with 4 full sized products inside, for free! 

I bought the Max Factor Facefinity Primer (I'll be reviewing this soon, look out for that!) and I cannot for the life of me remember which other product I bought, oops.

I think this was such a good deal, I hope brands keep doing things like this throughout the year but I'm pretty certain that these gift boxes are just a Festive Season offer, boo hoo.

I have used the False Lash Effect Mascara before, and it's a great mascara so I was really happy that was included, and as far as the other three they are going to be new trials for me, yay, so I can explore what these goodies are like. I was really happy with the colours I received as well, the gold eyeshadow looks super pigmented so hopefully it's a decent eyeshadow, the lipstick is such a true red and I've been buying more true red shades recently so I'll be looking forward to trying that out, and the nail polish is such a beautiful muted dark purple, very wintery and very on trend right now.

My Haircare Routine

Hello my loves, today I've got my current hair care routine for you, pretty much what it says on the tin really, just going to talk you through how I care for my hair so let's go!

Alberto Balsam Antioxidant Blueberry Shampoo, Garnier Ultimate Blends Conditioner The Sleek Restorer, Herbal Essences Dazzling Shine Light Reflecting Intensive Mask

These are the products I typically use in the shower, this changes up pretty regularly (and also depending what products are on special offer too, haha!) I use the Alberto Balsam Anti Oxidant Blueberry shampoo probably only for the fact that my hair smells UH-MAZING when I use this, pretty lame excuse but the rest of the products do have an actual use I promise.

This Garnier conditioner is incredible, I get really bad split ends and this has just smoothed them all out and my hair is in great condition right now.

Then once a week I put a hair mask on, the one I'm using at the moment is this Herbal Essences Dazzling Shine Light Reflecting Intenstive mask, and I just pop that on my hair and wrap it up in a towel and leave it for around 5 minutes whilst I do my other *ahem* ablutions.

Garnier Ultimate Blends The Sleek Perfector Oil

Then once I'm out of the bath/shower I whack out my holy grail of hair care products, this sleek perfector oil honestly makes my hair the softest thing ever, I'm so happy I invested, it retails for £9.99 which I find a bit steep for hair care, but I only need to use 3-4 pumps and I just pop that on wet hair and work through before drying, so I feel like it's going to last me a while, so £10 once every few months, I can handle that.

Original Tangle Teezer

And whilst drying my hair I use the Original Tangle Teezer to make sure my hair is free from knots and tangles, I am obsessed with Tangle Teezers and I plan to get the Aqua Splash one soon to replace this one, and then I can keep my Original one in my bag at all times. I also have the Salon Elite tangle teezer which I use on my hair when it's dry.

So that's my current hair care routine guys, I hope you enjoyed reading, as far as styling and things like that, I really don't do that very often, my hair is long and naturally wavy and I quite like that style for everyday. Christmas 2014

Hi loves! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year as well! Thought I'd just share some awesome pieces I got for Christmas this year (well, last year)

I am incredibly late to the party on this one, but I got The Fault In Our Stars book for Christmas, haven't seen the movie yet so I'm doing things in the right order for once! It's definitely my kind of film, I loved My Sisters Keeper which is kind of similar in tone so I'm sure this one will be a new love as well.

I also got my favourite ever perfume which I have been deprived of for SO long, I don't think I've ever bought myself perfume in my life, I always seem to wait until my birthday or Christmas, but I never ask for it? People just seem to know! And here is the beauty!

My brother got me some bath bombs, I thought it was a very random present for my 25 year old brother to give me! But hey, he obviously knows his little sister, and they are gorgeous, I actually used one just before writing this and my skin is honestly SO soft!

My mother is the coolest mother, she got me this tin, it needs no explanation. But I would like some ideas of what to put in it?

Another funny present from my brother, a tangle teezer! He did it because I lost mine a fair few months ago, so he replaced it for me. And, Sod's law, I found my old one! But now I have two, a girl can never have too many tangle teezers! Plus, he got me the Salon Elite and I have the Original tangle teezer, so they're different, so that makes it okay!

And finally, being a very lucky girl, I got a Panasonic Lumix DMC-SZ3, I can't get you a decent photo, as it's the camera I'm using, obviously. I'm new to it but so far I'm loving it! It's got great zoom quality and also great video quality too... Hint hint. But for the lolz here's a photo of the case.
